About Me

Hi!!! I'm Gabrielle, and I've been working in the journalism field for seven years now. I have a B.A. in Journalism + Design & Global Studies with a minor in Race and Ethnicity from The New School in New York City, NY and pursued a M.A. in History and Civilization in '22-'23 from Universitè de Paris CITE in Paris, France.

There is no beat that I will not undertake. Internationally, i've researched and assisted on a documentary about favelas, sex workers, and Brazilian students trying to navigate living under President Bolsonaro's regime. I've also conducted scientific studies and wrote academic papers on biodiversity and natural resource conservation. In America, I wrote over 300+ articles for different publications on lifestyle, health + wellness, music, beauty, fashion, politics, etc. 

I've interviewed celebrities, musicians, activists, and special guests such as: Lizzo, Leyna Bloom, Samira Wiley, former VP of Public Affairs for Planned Parenthood Christina Chang, June Ambrose, and more.

My words and interviews have been featured in publications such as: Music and Fashion Blog, Nicki Swift, HelloBeautiful, MadameNoire, Global Grind, Galore, The New York Times, VICE, and more. I've also researched, interviewed, wrote, and collaborated on different projects across the globe in places like Indonesia, Brazil, France, and more!
